FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Can you customize:

What is the reliability of the movement used in the watch:
The Seiko NH34 automatic movement is widely used due to its robustness, affordability, and reliability. It features 24 jewels, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, and a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The movement includes hacking and hand-winding capabilities, making it versatile for various watch designs. Its durability and ease of servicing make it a favorite among microbrands and independent watchmakers.
What's the difference between Sapphire crystal and glass:
The primary differences between sapphire crystal and glass (mineral crystal) are their composition, durability, and scratch resistance.
Sapphire Crystal: Made from synthetic sapphire, which is crystallized aluminum oxide, it is extremely hard and highly scratch-resistant. Sapphire crystal is less prone to scratches and has superior clarity compared to glass. However, while it is highly durable, it can shatter upon impact.
Mineral Glass: This is a tempered glass that is more affordable and offers decent scratch resistance, but it is significantly softer than sapphire. Mineral glass is more prone to scratching, but it is generally more shatter-resistant than sapphire due to its flexible nature.
Overall, sapphire crystal is favored for premium watches due to its superior scratch resistance and clarity, while mineral glass is often used in more budget-friendly options.
Why does the watch have a Ceramic bezel:
Ceramic bezels are favored for several reasons:
Scratch Resistance: They are highly resistant to scratches, maintaining their pristine appearance over time, which is ideal for daily wear.
Durability: Ceramic is robust and can withstand harsh conditions, making it suitable for sports and outdoor activities.
Color Stability: The color in ceramic extends throughout the material, preventing fading and making scratches less visible.
Lightweight: Ceramic is lighter than stainless steel, enhancing comfort during prolonged wear.
Aesthetic Appeal: Ceramic bezels offer a modern look with various color options, adding a stylish element to the watch design.
These attributes make ceramic bezels a popular choice in contemporary watchmaking.
